With over 22 years experience specializing in designing and draughting extensions and renovations to domestic properties, Martin Wraight Design provides a ‘Design & Drawings’ service; a cost-effective alternative to appointing an architect to fully project manage your build.
If you require some design advice and a set of drawings to achieve planning permission, this can be provided for a fixed price. Once drawn, I also submit the planning application on your behalf and act as the ‘agent’ throughout the planning process, making the experience as stress-free as possible for you.
Once planning permission is achieved, I then assist with obtaining quotes for any structural calculations, if required, and provide a comprehensive set of technical drawings & specification for your builder and for building control purposes. I can also recommend an Independent Building Control service and appoint them on your behalf.
